Astral travel as taught in the Modern Mystery School is a simple and effective lineage technique that is a tool for expanding consciousness, rather than an out-of-body experience. Travel to the astral plane allows one to access knowledge (thought energy) that can inform and enhance one’s life, as well as affecting more positive change.
