Both workshops in combination will open important meditation gates within the aura as well as provide energetic tools for setting a sacred and balancing meditation space; as well as tools to clear negative energy to prepare for a deeper meditation. The workshops also teach important access points within the psyche for dropping into a deeper meditational state for expanded awareness; and increased joy, creative connection, and effectiveness in the world.

• Suggested arrival 10-15 minutes early: Herbal tea or water is available during the check-in period.

• At the end of the meditation, we will take time to share our experience with the group, for any who wish to participate.
